‘This Is Not A Cover Up!’–Anderson Cooper GRILLS Kellyanne Conway Over Shady Comey Firing

Few people on the face of this planet have the ability to grind your gears and make you want to toss something heavy at your television screen the way senior White House counselor Kellyanne Conway does. She’s not only a liar, she actually seems to delight in spinning her bullshit which she then expects us to accept and beg for more of.

On CNN Tuesday evening, not long after Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey, Conway was interviewed by Anderson Cooper, and the entire ordeal was enough to make you think you had just entered a parallel dimension where nothing is as it seems.

Cooper began by asking Conway:

“As a candidate, Trump praised James Comey, Donald Trump talked about this on the campaign all the time. All of a sudden, the White House is concerned about James Comey’s handling of Hillary Clinton’s emails?”

Fake hyena grin etched on her plastic face, Conway replied:

“I think you’re looking at the wrong set of facts here, Anderson. In other words you’re going back to the campaign. This is the president of the United States, he acted decisively today, he acted at the direction of his deputy attorney general. He makes complete sense because he has lost confidence in the FBI director and he took the recommendation of Rob Rosenstein, the deputy attorney general who has been on the job for two weeks.”

When Cooper then dared to quote Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who said the firing of Comey reeked of a “cover-up,” Conway snapped at the host:

“Well, he’s wrong. It’s not a cover-up. In fact, the president makes very clear in his letter the fact that Mr. Comey, on at least three occasions, assured the president that he is not under investigation.”

Except we have not a scintilla of proof that Comey ever said such a thing to the alleged head of state, who is known to be a pathological liar.

Isn’t it fun watching all of these lying traitors twist in the wind?
